Yoga Akasha is a yoga studio in East Grinstead. I really enjoyed photographing mother and daughter Jody and Sam. Jody Lawrance runs this beautiful yoga studio and Sam Gent is an asthanga yogi and yoga teacher. Obeserving their practice through the lens was both inspirational and relaxing.
